Age: 4 months
Pull your baby up in a sitting posture to enable him/her to flex her muscles. This will strengthen his/her muscles in arms, shoulders, back, and core with each pull. As you will be pulling your kid up, he/she will try to align her head with her body posture which will enable him/her to learn how to maintain balance. Sit-ups also increase the chances of your infant learning to start to sit down at an earlier period than usual as he/she will be familiar with the posture and how to contain himself/herself in it.
Age: 0 months onwards
Well, I don’t mean that literally but as well! You don’t have to get a bicycle for your infant but move his/her legs up and around in a manner that it looks like bicycling. Age: 4 to 6 months
